It is your responsibility to read and understand our policies and shipping terms.

SHIPPING TERMS
Select Shades ships only to addresses in the United States.
Due to different cosmetic laws of other countries we cannot ship to any other countries other than the US.

SHIPPING COSTS
Our shopping cart will automatically calculate the USPS Priority Mail and/or USPS Flat Rate shipping charge.

USPS Flat Rate as of 1-30
Small - $5.80
Medium - $12.35
Large - $17.45

HOW WE HANDLE SHIPPING CHARGES
While the shopping cart may give you a Flat Rate size and price, your order MAY NOT fit in to the box and we will have to change the method of shipping.
If your shipping charges do not cover your shipping costs as mentioned above, (The calculations come directly from USPS and they can make mistakes), you must pay any addition shipping charges before your order will ship.

SHIPPING TIME
Select Shades will make every attempt to ship orders within no more than 48 hours of order placement.
Orders placed between Monday through Thursday BEFORE NOON (12 PM) will be shipped within 48 hours or your order will ship for free.

Exceptions
The unexpected delay of the order reaching Select Shades due to electronic problems such as INTERNET outages or other circumstances beyond Select Shades responsibility and control.
We will contact customers and inform them that shipping will take longer than 48 hours.
The 48 hour shipping policy does not apply to any Co-ops.

UPS/FedEx SHIPPING
Select Shades does not offer UPS - FedEx or any other types of shipping.

RETURNS:
Any packages returned to us due to customer refusing delivery will be billed for the shipping charges incurred, plus a 20% restocking fee unless refused due to an error on our part.
Select Shades can not be returned under any circumstances, unless shipped by error on our part.
We are sorry but because of the nature of the product this policy is non-negotiable.

REFUNDS FOR LOST PACKAGES:
Select Shades is not responsible for any lost packages shipped via USPS.
You may contact your local USPS office with your tracking number for assistance.

Because of past fraudulent claims, Select Shades cannot refund costs of shipping or cost of lost packages that have been confirmed delivered by the shipping company.
